Shunny conducted an in depth review of the new duplex that my family is purchasing, and we couldn't have been happier with him. He was professional, responsive, and personally warm at every step of the process. In all, he spent over three hours at the property and was absolutely meticulous. His final report was a nearly 70 page PDF and included everything from the more serious fixes down to loose nails and recommendations for longer term maintenance of appliances.
